I recently installed yellow dog on my ps3, how to use internet in yellow dog linux. How can I correct it?

I recently installed yellow dog on my ps3. When I tried to use the mozilla firefox web browser, it said that the page could not be found. Where is the problem?By the way, at the beginning when yellow dog is loading, I believe it says failed next to IP adress etho or something like that. How can I correct it?
